Background information / Compatibility requirements

MNHHS has historically experienced difficulty collecting Medicare ineligible patient hospital fees with significant amounts of debt written off each financial year. In response to this issue, in recent years debt recovery suppliers have been engaged to assist with the recovery of these fees. This debt collection service model has been successful in helping manage these collections.
