Tender Description

The University of Wollongong is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitably skilled and qualified contractors to provide procurement and construction services for the following works:

  • Building 16, 17 & 30 Electrification (Wollongong Campus)
  • Building 200 Air Conditioning Upgrade (Innovation Campus)

Works to include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Demolition works and making good including repairs
  • Mechanical services
  • Electrical services
  • Hydraulic services
  • Structural services
  • Acoustic services
  • Commissioning
