Operation of NDIS Transitional Support Facility

Western Health is a Victorian Public Health Service established under the Health Services Act 1988 (VIC). It oversees a comprehensive range of healthcare facilities, including acute hospitals, day hospitals, and community health centres. Western Health (WH) is currently seeking qualified respondents such as a disability support provider (or similar) to provide proposals to lease the Boollam Boollam facility in Williamstown for the purpose of transitional accommodation and support services.

In addition to leasing and operating the Boollam Boollam site, Western Health welcomes expressions of interest from providers proposing innovative service models in partnership with Western Health to enhance the delivery of these services.

The provider will deliver a high-quality, effective model of support for people with disabilities who are medically ready for discharge from Western Health acute hospitals but lack suitable and available accommodation in the community.

Boollam Boollam Site Visit - Session 1

A briefing session will be held at 211 Osborne Street, Williamstown, VIC, Australia, 3016 on 8 December 2025 10:00 am.

Notes: A detailed itinerary, including meeting points, will be provided prior to the visit. Please allow approximately 1 hour per visit.o Attendance is limited to 3 individuals per vendor. To ensure fairness, all questions arising from the site visit must be submitted via an RFC; WH staff will not provide clarification during the visit. Site visits are optional and at the vendor’s expense. WH is not responsible for, and will not accept, any costs, charges, or liabilities related to participation.
