Glasshouse Heat Pump Replacement and Roof Repairs

Port Macquarie-Hastings Council (PMHC) invites tenders for the Provision of Glasshouse Heat Pump Replacement and Roof Repairs. The scope of the Request for Tender includes:

The project to replace the heat pump and carry out the associated roofing repairs at the Glasshouse, which will be undertaken in three stages:

Stage 1: Demolition and removal of the existing heat pump system.

Stage 2: Removal of section of damaged roof and box gutter, assessment of sub-structure and replacement of roof section and box gutter

Stage 3: Install New Heat Pump and Implement Demand Control Ventilation

The mechanical contractor will supply and manage all the goods and services required to complete the project.

A mandatory pre-tender briefing and site inspection will be held on Thursday 4 December 2025 at 10am to understand the work zone at the Glasshouse and the unique requirements of this visitor and entertainment centre.

The Potential Tenderer may be accompanied by subcontractors, designers, and others at the tender briefing. However, the Potential Tenderer must advise Pam Milne (PMHC Contact - Venue Manager Glasshouse) of the number and names of attendees via email pam.milne@pmhc.nsw.gov.au by Tuesday 2 December 2025.
