Cue is considered to be the "Queen of the Murchison", centre of one of the richest gold bearing areas of Western Australia, is set to have a new restaurant/cafe. The Cue Shire has fitted out the historic bank building with all new modern kitchen equipment. The building has the capacity to seat up to 100 guests in both the indoor and outdoor settings. A new lease will be offered to qualified persons to run the business as their own. A tenant would be required to provide tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery and table cloths, which apart from stock, would be the only input capital needed to get this enterprise up and running. Conditions of a lease will be negotiated with the Cue Shire.

Points Shire will consider:

1. Rent free period for setup and rent relief period for off season.

2. New lease could be 3 years with 2 x 3 year options.

3. Shire will insure building, shire plant & equipment.

4. Weekly rent by negotiation.
