This year's event will be held at Neilson Park, Bargara.

The event will be from 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Bump-in is from 8:00 AM - 9:30 AM, with bump out after 5:30 PM, 26 January 2026.

EOI closes Friday, 19 December 2025.

  •  Approval of your application and map showing your position will be forwarded to all approved stallholders/vendors prior to the event;
  •  For those who have special site requirements, we ask that you note these on your application. Whilst we cannot guarantee to meet your requests, we do try to assist wherever possible;
  •  An expression of interest does not guarantee successful acceptance and attendance;
  •  Food vendors – for those that are selling products for consumption at the event, preference will be given to those who use local produce/products;
  •  Quality, variety and presentation – Whilst we have no restrictions on how you set up your site, a well-presented site always appeals. It is asked that you consider your site presentation, however simple it may be;
  •  Compliance with council, state and national regulations – preference will be given to stallholders who can consistently exhibit that they adhere to these regulations including workplace health and safety procedures. You are required to hold the appropriate food licence related to your product;
  •  Environmental impact – stallholders who actively seek to reduce their environmental impact and consistently use sustainable environmental practices;
  •  Local stallholders – wherever possible, preference will be given to stallholders from the Council area, providing they meet the requirements outlined in clauses above;

Council is collecting your personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number, etc) for the purposes of processing your entry/participation in the New Year's Eve Event as outlined on this form. This information will be accessed by authorised Council officers and in the event of an insurance claim, Council’s insurers (Local Government Mutual Assets). Venue Instructions

There is a skate park for older children adjacent to the skating rink. The Turtle Trail pathway runs along the length of Nielson Beach Park in a northerly direction to Mon Repos and in a southerly direction to Schuhkraft Park and Bargara Turtle Park. Neilson Park is also home to Bargara Park Run, a free timed 5km run held every Saturday at 7:00 AM. Facilities: a great park with pathways, playground for the kids and plenty of picnic tables, barbecues and facilities for that family get together. There is a skate park for older children adjacent to the skating rink. Getting there, Nielson Park is located 14.5km from the Bundaberg Central Business District on Fred Courtice Avenue, Bargara
