Expressions of Interest – Establishment and Operation of an Indoor Playground

Council is inviting expressions of interest from interested parties for the establishment and operation of an indoor play facility.

All interested parties are required to submit a formal Expressions of Interest Proposal covering the Core Requirements and EOI items, outlined in the document linked below, by mail to the Chief Executive Officer, Orange City Council, 135 Byng Street, Orange NSW 2800 or through Council’s email at council@orange.nsw.gov.au

Submissions must be received by 5.00 pm on 10 December 2025.

Any submissions made will be collected for reporting purposes and could form part of a report available to the public.
