Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Royal Perth Hospital, Kirkman House, 10 Murray Street, Perth on 4 Dec, 2025 10:00 AM.

Meeting Location: Facilities Reception, K Block Level 2, 10 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000

Respondents are strongly encouraged to attend. Respondents must confirm their attendance by no later than 4:00PM, Perth, Western Australia 1 December 2025 by emailing: EMHS.FMContracts@health.wa.gov.au and advising the names and positions of attendees.

The following will apply:

• Respondents should only attend the briefing if they are well and free from symptoms considered contagious.
• Respondents should only attend the briefing if they can meet the Pre-qualification Requirements outlined in Part B of the Request;
• Respondents should read the Request inclusive of the Qualitative Requirements outlined in Part B of the Request prior to registering for the briefing; and
• Respondents may nominate a maximum of two (2) attendees.
• Respondents are to ensure they wear flat, closed in safety shoes to attend the site inspection. To protect the privacy of patients, visitors and staff, photographs and videos of the site are not permitted.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
