Food Vendor & Stallholder Expression of Interest

The Shire is always looking for food vendors, stallholders or suppliers to join our family-friendly events.

If you have a food van, coffee van, ice-cream van, or are a musician, artist, craft provider, face-painter, dancer or basically anything that makes a community event awesome, the Shire welcomes your expression of interest to participate in the 2025/26 events season.

Note: Submitting an Expression of Interest does not guarantee your business will be selected to trade at any particular event.

Before submitting your Expression of Interest, please read the Vendor Information Pack.

Food vendors are now required to complete the ‘Checklist for Gas Installations in Public’ before an event to ensure safety and compliance of gas installation. Please refer to the Department of Commerce’s Gas safety checklist for caterers, food outlets and others at public venues for further information.
