Market Sounding - Perth Park Hospitality Venue (Pavilion)

The Office of Major Transport infrastructure Delivery (OMTID) on behalf of the State of Western Australia, seek interest from hospitality and investment groups for its proposed Perth Park hospitality venue at Burswood Peninsula. Perth Park will become a tourism and neighbourhood destination that brings together entertainment, sports, cultural and community activities within a vibrant and accessible urban setting. This market sounding request to the hospitality and investment industry is to commence a dialogue for the key food and beverage, function event element named the Pavilion at Perth Park. OMTID on behalf of the State is therefore seeking a mutually beneficial partnership with one or more investors that will result in the delivery of the Pavilion.

If this opportunity is of interest, a confidentiality agreement (CA) must be signed by Respondents for release of the Market Sounding Document, Perth Park Hospitality Venue (Pavilion). Prior to issue of the CA, OMTID request an email advising the name of the legal entity interested to receive the Document to the following email address: Contract109.24@mainroads.wa.gov.au. The legal entity will need to have evidence of past investment in similar endeavours, or capability to do so.
