Electrical Upgrade - Multiple Schools

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake replacement of switchboards and cabling at the following school:

• Gwynne Park Primary School
• Eden Hill Primary School
• Herne Hill Primary School

PFM reserve the right to award each site separately or bundle them to achieve the best value for money outcomes.

The Work includes but is not limited to Replacement of Switchboards and cabling as per consultants' specifications.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at Multiple - see details below, Perth on 4 Dec, 2025 11:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each premises as follows:

• Gwynne Park Primary School - 11 Tijuana Rd, Armadale WA 6112 – 11:00AM
• Eden Hill Primary School - 83a Ivanhoe St, Eden Hill WA 6054 – 1:00PM
• Herne Hill Primary School - 60 Argyle St, Herne Hill WA 6056 – 2:30PM
