Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Provision of Swimming Squad coaching Services at CBCity Leisure & Aquatics Centres.

Project goals

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents for Provision of Swimming Squad coaching Services at CBCity Leisure & Aquatics Centres. Council manages its Swim School internally and provides mini squads and stroke correction programs. The successful contractor would be expected to provide an opportunity for swimmers to continue their swimming activities following the successful completion of Council's program, as well as catering for squad level swimmers across all 4 of our Leisure and Aquatics facilities.

Scope

1) The service includes the provision of coaching services and programs for the following groups in mutually agreed, hired lane space with access to the fitness room (subject to availability and fees):

Respondents must outline experienced and specialised coaching services designed to improve the performance & skills of participants.

Their services should focus on the following:

1. Junior squads
2. Group age and national swimmers
3. Elite, international swimmers
4. Open and still water swimmers
5. Adults & Masters
6. Amateur and competitive triathletes
7. Fitness/social swimmers
8. Additional services with agreement of Council.

A non-compulsory site briefing is to be held at the following currently operational Leisure and Aquatic Centres:

• Birrong Leisure and Aquatic Centre 08:00AM, 4 December 2025 at Cnr Wellington & Gascoigne Roads, Birrong
• Max Parker Leisure and Aquatic Centre 10:00AM, 4 December 2025 at Marco Avenue, Revesby
• Roselands Leisure and Aquatic Centre 01:00PM, 4 December 2025 at Centre Avenue, Roselands
