Sale of Vacant Land

⁠⁠⁠Charters Towers Regional Council invites tenders for the sale of vacant land located at 162 Titley Road, Breddan.

There are three lots in total being offered for sale as one package. Total land area is approximately 777 Ha.

Tender documentation may be obtained from Council’s website https://www.charterstowers.qld.gov.au/Business-investment/Tenders-and-procurement or by emailing tenders@charterstowers.qld.gov.au.

Tenders must be lodged either electronically by placing them in the tender box located at Council’s Administration Centre, 12 Mosman Street Charters Towers by 2:00pm Tuesday 6 January 2026.

Council reserves the right to invite all tenderers to change their tenders to take account of a change in the tender specification.
