Shape the Future of Campus: Four EOI Opportunities for Leading Consultants - USYD Campus Master Plan

The University of Sydney is commencing an update of its Camperdown-Darlington Campus Master Plan (CMP) to guide the next generation of campus transformation, and ensure the campus continues to evolve in alignment with the University's strategic vision, operational needs, and community aspirations.

The scope will comprise a range of campus wide strategies, across three major workstreams:

• Workstream #1 Public Space and Infrastructure
•  Workstream #2 Building and Space Planning
•  Workstream #3 Development, Enterprise and Funding.

The University will shortly release four Expressions of Interest (EOI). These EOIs will seek suitably qualified and experienced consultants for the following roles:

• Lead Consultant - Landscape Architect, Urban Planner and/or Urban Designer (Workstream #1: Public Realm & Infrastructure)
• Place-making / Campus Experience Consultant (Workstream #1: Public Realm & Infrastructure)
• University Space Planner (Workstream #2: Building & Space Planning)
• Architect (Workstream #2: Building & Space Planning and Workstream #3: Development, Enterprise & Funding)

Key points:

All EOIs are part of a coordinated program to guide the next generation of campus transformation at the Camperdown-Darlington Campus.

The procurement will follow a two-staged, quality-based selection process: EOI followed by Request for Tender (RFT) for shortlisted respondents.

International firms are welcome to submit in partnership with Australian firms.

Further details, including submission requirements and timelines, will be published with each EOI.

Interested parties are encouraged to monitor the etender portal for release dates and review all four EOIs, as they are interrelated within the Campus Master Plan program.
