Employee Engagement Survey or Culture Assessment

The City of Greater Bendigo (the City) is a local government authority in Victoria, employing approximately 1,000 people and delivering more than 65 services to a community of 126,000 people. The organisation is committed to fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture.

Following previous engagement and culture assessments, we are seeking to remeasure and deepen our understanding of employee sentiment, engagement drivers, and cultural alignment. This will inform strategic workforce planning, leadership development, and organisational improvement initiatives.

Important Tender Submission information:

This contract is due to commence in early 2026. The City offices will close COB 24 December 2025 and reopen on 02 January 2026.

Tenderers must upload a fully completed CT000777 Part 4 Response Schedule document. Failure to do so will result in the submission being deemed non-conforming.

As outlined in CT000777 Part 1 Conditions of Tendering, the City does not accept late submissions. All submissions must be lodged electronically in the portal. Submissions by any other method will not be accepted.
