Australia Day Catering - EOI

The Shire of Gingin is seeking expressions of interest from community groups to cater for two Australia Day events on Monday 26 January 2026: Australia Day Breakfast at the Neergabby Grounds in Neergabby from 7:30am, and the Sunset Movie BBQ at Wangaree Park in Lancelin from 6:00pm.

The successful groups will be randomly selected from the pool of submissions.

The catering brief is as follows:

•  Ability to cater for up to 400 people with breakfast burgers (Neergabby Event).
•  Ability to cater up to 150 people with a BBQ (Lancelin Event).
•  Food-grade storage containers, cutlery, and napkins (no plastics).
• BBQ, setup equipment, and cooking utensils. 
• Cleaning supplies, including refuse bags. 
• Cash float tin for donations.
•  A-frame signage or other marketing/branding material to promote your group.
