Tender Description
Council is seeking submissions from experienced and qualified contractors to operate and maintain two Council owned multi-level commuter carparks within Cumberland Council LGA, located at Bridge Street Lidcombe and Susan Street Auburn
The successful Tenderer will supply, install, operate and maintain new entrance and exit boom gates, service and provide maintenance to all equipment and operating systems to ensure the condition and operational status is maintained at a consistent level allowing users to efficiently enter and exit the carparks.
Contract Term: 3 years with 1year + 1 year extension options
Contract conditions: Major Service Agreement
