Sprayed Bituminous Sealing Works Imlay & Edrom Roads - Southern Region, Eden

Engage the services of a suitably experienced and competent Contractor for the provision of sprayed bituminous resealing works to be carried out at road locations shown for both Imlay and Edrom Roads

Project goals

Provision of Sealing works to extend the useful life of both Edrom Road and Imlay Road using High Strength Sealing techniques.

This includes several sections of both Edrom and Imlay roads and selected intersections.

Works to be completed by the end of February 2026.

Scope

Placement of 14/7mm (scatter) HHS over several kilometres of logging roads including two coat seals at selected intersections on Edrom and Imlay Roads to meet the requirements of logging vehicular movements.

(1) Works are to be carried out to relevant standards to increase the useful life of the sealed surface, provide improved skid resistance and meet the demands from Heavy Vehicular movement.

(2) Imlay Road, commencing at the junction with the Princess Highway at chainage 0km and westward 53km to the Monaro Highway, approximately 25km south of Eden, NSW at the Eastern end and approximately 30km to the South of Bombala, NSW at the Western end of the roadway.

(3) Edrom Road, commencing at the junction with the Princess Highway at chainage 0km and eastward 17km towards Two-Fold Bay, approximately 20km South of Eden, NSW.

(4) Refer to chainages on the attached contract schedules for specific areas.
