Tender Description
The City is seeking proposals from suitable community and recreation groups to ground lease a portion of land at Crown reserve 27046, 40 Bedford Road, Mt Pleasant.
It is intended this RFP process will shortlist proponents, with one preferred offer selected. The City will then engage in direct negotiations with the proponent to finalise a lease agreement with the City, subject to approval by the Minister for Lands, Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 and Council.
