Integrated Solar Photovoltaic and Battery System 2025/2026

The City of Stirling (City) is looking to engage a suitably qualified and resourced contractor to provide a complete turnkey solution for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of grid-connected solar photovoltaic (PV) systems with integrated battery energy storage systems at the following two sites.

•  Karrinyup Sports Centre (Stirling Leisure Centres – Karrinyup) – 2 Nerita Way, Karrinyup WA 6018
•  Stirling Leisure Nollamara Community Centre (72 Sylvia Street, Nollamara WA 6061)

All works must comply with current Clean Energy Council (CEC) requirements, Western Power technical standards, and relevant Australian/New Zealand Standards (AS/NZS).

Tenderers are encouraged to propose alternative solutions that may offer increased capacity and optimised configurations, making the most of the selected inverter capacity while aligning with the site's existing power connection capabilities.

Basis of Contract Award

The minimum number of one pre-qualified contractors are anticipated to be engaged.

The Mandatory Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the briefing also.
