Provision of Streetscape and Garden Maintenance - Separable Parts

You are invited to make a submission for this proposed Contract. The City of Canning is seeking submissions from suitably experienced and resourced Contractors to undertake landscape maintenance of Streetscapes, Parks and Public Access Ways (PAW's) within the City.

As part of the City's commitment to providing high quality green urban spaces, regular maintenance is required to present a consistent level of amenity and accessibility.

The scope of works is broadly summed up as follows:

•  Garden bed maintenance
•  Removal of greenwaste and pruning material
•  Tree and shrub maintenance
•  Mulching
•  Chemical weed control
•  Hand weeding
•  Litter removal
•  Service reporting

This Tender will be separated into three parts, Tenderers can submit for any or all parts, under the following categories:

1. Separable Part A - Streetscape Maintenance

2. Separable Part B - Park Maintenance

3. Separable Part C - PAW Maintenance

The City reserves the right to award to either a sole contract or multiple contractors to ensure best value for money. Each separable part will form its own contract.

The proposed Contracts shall be in force for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract award, with two (2) Principal instigated options to extend the contract for a one (1) year period to a maximum of five (5) years. The Contract is expected to commence in February 2026.

Tenders can only be lodged using the City's eProcurement website.

All electronic submissions files shall be clearly named with the City's Tender Number as stated above and the Tenderer's Name; and lodged by the specified time and date.

Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
