The City of South Perth is seeking a suitably skilled and experienced Contractor to provide a submission of a lump sum tender for the demolition of an existing toilet building and construction of a new toilet and changing places building, located at Neil McDougall Park (NM) on Ley Street, Como.

The Contractor shall allow for the construction of all works shown, described or inferred by the Specification and Drawings & as detailed in this Tender document. They shall further allow for complying with any instructions issued by the appointed Superintendent (SCA Architecture Studio).

Broadly, the overall scope of work comprises the following:

1 Demolition of existing toilet facilities

2 Construction of a new toilet facility building and external drinking water fountain

3 Service upgrades & connections to the surrounding curtilage of the new building

4 Associated external siteworks

The target completion timeframe for the construction works is approximately 26 weeks from commencement or by 25 September 2026, whichever occurs earlier.

The proposed site at Neil McDougall Park [NMP] can be accessed from Ley, Cydesdale, Henley and Davilak Streets in Como. It is bounded by Henley Street to the north, Davilak Street to the south, Clydesdale Street to the west and Ley Street to the East.
