Tender Description
To obtain technical and hydrographic services for the supply, installation and commissioning of metering and telemetry equipment compliant with the Non-urban metering (NUM) policy.
Project goals
To ensure compliance with the NSW non-urban metering (NUM) reform, which is part of a national commitment to improve water management.
Scope
Supply and installation of metering and telemetry equipment compliant with the NSW non-urban metering (NUM) policy for the measurement of open channel flows at 25 regulator structures across inland NSW. The scope will include the following services,
- Supply of metering equipment
- Coordination and scheduling
- Installation of meters
- Commissioning of meters
- Quality assurance and compliance

Additional details/instructions
The installer must be a certified practicing hydrographer with the qualifications, skills and experience to carry out specific tasks related to open channel metering including installation, maintenance, replacement, validation and accuracy testing.
