Tender Description
The PHN invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to establish, manage and deliver the Medicare Mental Health Centre (MMHC) service in Tamworth and Armidale.
The MMHCs provide a high-quality welcoming entry point for engagement and assessment of people experiencing distress or needing help to find the right mental health support to meet their needs. The service operates within a stepped care model that provides multi-disciplinary, person-centred and holistic care.
