Tender Description
The PHN invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to establish, manage and deliver the Medicare Mental Health Centre (MMHC) service in the Central Coast NSW region.
The MMHCs provide a high-quality welcoming entry point for engagement and assessment of people experiencing distress or needing help to find the right mental health support to meet their needs. The service operates within a stepped care model that provides multi-disciplinary, person-centred and holistic care.
