IT Infrastructure Refresh - Storage-as-a-Service (STaaS)

As part of our broader IT Infrastructure Modernisation Project, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified vendors to provide Storage as a Service (STaaS) solution. The objective is to engage with providers who can deliver scalable, secure, and cost-effective storage services that align with our operational, compliance, and performance requirements.

We are looking for solutions that offer:

• Flexible storage capacity (block, file, and object storage) with on-demand scalability.
• High availability and resilience, including built-in redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Robust security features, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and compliance with relevant data protection standards.
• Performance monitoring and reporting tools to support proactive management and optimisation.
• Integration capabilities with existing infrastructure, including hybrid cloud environments.
• Transparent pricing models with clear service level agreements (SLAs) and support arrangements.

Respondents should demonstrate experience in delivering STaaS solutions to similar organisations and provide indicative approaches to service delivery, onboarding, and ongoing support.
