Port Macquarie-Hastings Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for the design and construction of the Camden Haven Regional Play Space, located at Short Street, Laurieton NSW 2443.
The successful tenderer will deliver a high-quality, inclusive, and fully compliant play space based on Council’s concept design. As part of their submission, tenderers must provide a comprehensive concept design that includes a full breakdown of all proposed play equipment items and accessories.
This breakdown should detail descriptions, quantities, and all elements required to deliver the project within the allocated budget, including pathways, landscaping, shelters, aftercare periods, and all aspects shown in Council’s concept design. The design must demonstrate compliance with relevant Australian Standards and provide clear evidence of functionality, inclusiveness, and value for money.
