Tender Description
The hard surface assets include work related to:
(a) Pedestrian tracks and paths: Asphalt, Concrete and Gravel/ Chipseal Services
(b) Sports Courts e.g. tennis Courts, basketball courts
(c) Carparks: Asphalt, Chip Seal and Gravel Surface.
The Scope of Works may include but are not limited to:
(a) Replacement of existing AC footpath / path and park entrance surfacing
(b) New Footpath Construction (both AC and gravel)
(c) Construction of cutdowns in existing kerbs.
(d) Construction / reconstruction of vehicle crossings.
(e) Construction of lawns and landscape areas including some limited planting
(f) Road marking and signage.
(g) Park furniture (mainly rubbish bins and tables)
(h) Post and cable fence
(i) carpark construction and associated stormwater
(j) Tactile paving installation.
(k) Traffic control, contract administration (including monthly reporting and preparation of environmental management), Site-specific safety and sediment control plans, Site management, and setting out of works.
