Hardcourt Resurfacing Mount Claremont Primary School

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Resurfacing of a single court at Mount Claremont Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to site preparation, court resurfacing (relaying new asphalt), installation of line markings, and the integration of a suitable drainage system to ensure long-term functionality and durability.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 103 Alfred Rd, Mount Claremont on 27 Nov, 2025 10:30 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Mount Claremont Primary School - 103 Alfred Rd, Mount Claremont WA 6010.
