Vegetation Management Services - High Voltage (HV) Feeder Clearances

Supply of Vegetation Management Services for Sydney Trains High Voltage (HV) Distribution Network.

Project goals

Sydney Trains are seeking offers from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers to conduct vegetation management services for the High Voltage Distribution Network.

The services include maintaining vegetation clearances on High Voltage Electrical Distribution Network assets, including High Voltage Feeders and Substations etc.

The network has been divided into regions, and this tender activity includes the 5 territories shown below.

• South Coast
• City South
• City North
• City West
• South West

Scope

The scope of HV Vegetation Management Services includes:

•  Scoping and planning of work
•  Vegetation removal and trimming from the Sydney Trains Power Distribution HV Network
•  Reporting GIS system
•  Alignment with hazard tree / At risk removal program across the aerial portion of the Sydney Trains Power Distribution HV Network and the rail corridor.

Supplier will need to complete and provide a Confidentiality Deed within the Ariba procurement tool prior to Sydney Trains providing access to the tender content.

Suppliers will need to be registered under NSW.Buy (https://buy.nsw.gov.au/suppliers) prior to being included as a supplier.

Suppliers are encouraged to register under the NSW Building and Construction Services Scheme SCM0256 (https://buy.nsw.gov.au/scheme/D7BD8CCD-A397-DAFE-759AD93ED43DBB1C) for Landscaping Services.
