Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Comment (RFC) is to provide industry with an opportunity to review and provide feedback on the draft procurement documentation for the Maintenance Trade Panel (Statewide) (FINW0542624).
The Maintenance Trade Panel (MTP) will deliver maintenance services across Western Australia to non-residential building assets for various State agencies. The MTP will comprise the following Categories across approximately 40 trades:
1. Maintenance Services, which includes:
- Breakdown Repairs
- Routine Maintenance
- Simple Project Works
2. Project Works (up to the open tender threshold, currently $250,000)
A non-mandatory RFC briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, 26 November 2025, from 4pm-5pm (AWST). The link to join the briefing is contained in the 'Invitation to Comment' document available for download below.
Following receipt of feedback as part of this RFC process, it is intended that the Request for Tender (RFT), seeking responses from the market, will be advertised. For updated information on the estimated advertising date of the RFT, please refer to the Early Tender Advice for Stage 1 of the MTP here.
