Water Play Feature Inspection and Maintenance

Liverpool City Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to submit a Tender as outlined in this Request for Tender (RFT).

Liverpool Council currently operations five (4) distinct Water Play Features at the following locations:

- Bigge Park Splash Park - 124 Bigge Street, Liverpool

- Carnes Hill Water Play - 600 Kurrajong Road, Carnes Hill

- Macquarie Street Mall Maze Fountain - 48 Elizabeth Street, Liverpool

- Stante Reserve Water Play Park - Cnr Stante Close and Hall Circuit, Middleton Grange

These Features vary in design and complexity, including but not limited to: spray nozzles, jets, tipping buckets, interactive elements, and associated recirculation and filtration systems. The successful Contractor will be responsible for all aspects of routine, preventative, and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with relevant Australian Standards and health regulations.

The primary objectives of this Contract are to:

- Ensure the safe and hygienic operation of all Water Play Features for public use.

- Maintain the aesthetic appeal and functionality of all Water Play elements.

- Prevent and minimise downtime of the Water Play Features.

- Comply with all relevant Australian Standards, legislative requirements, and Council policies, including but not limited to safety, water quality, and environmental regulations.

- Provide cost-effective and efficient maintenance services.

- Proactively identify and address potential maintenance issues.
