MMT & DYS WTP Sludge Drying Bed Refurbishment

An invitation is extended to you to submit a written tender for the following:

Isaac Regional Council (Council) requires a suitable Contractor to undertake repair, and remediation works on the existing concrete masonry sludge drying beds at both the Dysart and Middlemount Water Treatment Plants (WTP). The contract separates the scope of work into two (2) separable portions being Separable Portion 1 Dysart and Separable Portion 2 Middlemount.

A mandatory site meeting will be held on Wednesday 3 December 2025 at 10am commencing at Dysart Water Treatment Plant then on to Middlemount. Please see the Conditions of Tender document for further information.

Tenders must be in accordance with the Specification and Criteria. Please ensure your written tender is lodged prior to the Closing Time.

All specification, general enquiries and written tenders must be submitted via etender portal only. Please do not send tender directly to Project Managers, Project team members or other Council staff. All phone enquiry details will be forwarded to the Contracts & Procurement team as a matter of record.
