HNC Aboriginal Health Partnership Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) Clinical Supports Pilot

The Healthy North Coast Aboriginal Health Partnership is seeking to engage a provider or providers to deliver culturally safe mental health clinical supports across 9 Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO) sites in the North Coast region. Providers can apply to deliver services at one ACCHO site, a small group of sites or across the 9 sites.

This 12-month pilot will embed clinicians within ACCHOs to strengthen community-led wellbeing and support continuity of care for Aboriginal clients. Providers may apply to deliver services at one or more sites across the Healthy North Coast footprint.
