Yokine Bowling Green Conversion

City of Stirling requires a suitably qualified and experienced synthetic turf specialist for the provision of design, supply and replacement of two-grass turf bowling greens at the Yokine Bowling Club. The City is managing the project to convert the two existing greens into to 1 x 10 rink synthetic bowling green.   

Basis of Contract Award

The City intends to award a contract to one (1) Respondent.

The Site Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. Pre-registration can be made via the Contact Request Manager function and signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.

To ensure transparency, we advise that an initial approach was made to the market in relation to this project. The scope was subsequently revised, and the City is now issuing this request as an open tender. All submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the published qualitative criteria of the tender
