Services For Council Pole Audit and Maintenance

Northern Beaches Council (Council) invites tenders for the provision of Services for Council Pole Audit and Maintenance. The scope of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake a comprehensive condition assessment of all poles located within the Local Government Area (LGA). The contractor will be required to carry out detailed inspections to assess the condition of each pole, identify defects, recommend appropriate maintenance actions, and provide advice to inform the removal or replacement of poles where necessary. All data collected must be accurately captured and submitted using Council's web-based asset management application.

The contract term will be 36 months. Council will provide the contractor with an annual schedule outlining the poles to be audited each year of the program. The anticipated commencement date is January 2026, with completion of the first-year audit program expected by June 2026.

• Demonstrated past experience of the Tenderer and business information Schedules F3 and F5 30%
• Demonstrated past experience Personnel and Subcontractors Schedules F10 and F11 20%
• Proposed Methodology (including QA) Schedules F7 and F14 20%
• The Fee including Schedule of Lump Sum Fee, Schedule of Rates and Maintenance, Schedule of Rise and Fall and Other Fees Schedule of Fees F18 30%
