Management Services for Proserpine Holiday Park

Proserpine Holiday Park is located on Lot 17 SP274032 at 79-83 Anzac Road, Proserpine, QLD 4800. The park offers peaceful surrounds and scenic views, all within proximity to town and local attractions.

The Holiday Park includes:

a) Powered and unpowered shady sites available for caravans

b) Amenities block with disabled access, laundry and camp kitchen facilities; and

c) Two self-contained (1) bedroom cabins which sleep a family of four with air-conditioning, TV, toilet/shower and cooking facilities.

Proserpine Holiday Park is located close to recreational facilities such as Proserpine pool and waterpark, Proserpine Bowls Club and Proserpine Golf Club.

Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is seeking a Contractor to undertake the management services at the Holiday Park commencing from 1 April 2026 for a period of two (2) years with one (1) additional 12-month extension at Council’s discretion.

A non-mandatory Tender Site Briefing will be held on Thursday 27th November 2025 at 12.00pm at Proserpine Holiday Park, 79-83 Anzac Road, Proserpine. Please confirm your attendance at this meeting via contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au no later than 12.00pm on Wednesday 26th November 2025.
