Seven Mile Waste Facility - Class III, Cell 3 & 4 Construction

The City is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and competent contractors for the construction of two (2) new Class III landfill cells (Cells 3 & 4) at the Seven Mile Waste Facility located on Seven Mile Road in Gap Ridge.

All enquiries are to be directed to Sasha Lewis, Project Administration Officer via the City of Karratha online forum, under this Tender notice.

ALL Tenders are to be lodged electronically through the City of Karratha's Portal and must be lodged prior to the deadline. This is the ONLY method by which Tenders will be accepted for evaluation.

The Deadline for this Request is 2:00pm (AWST) Monday, 22 December 2025.

When lodging a Tender via the City of Karratha's Portal, it is the Tenderers responsibility to ensure they are compliant with the 'Lodgement of Tenders' section of the Request for Tender document.

NO LATE TENDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED. ALL TENDERS SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE, EMAIL, MAIL, HAND DELIVERED, TELEPHONE OR BY ANY METHOD OTHER THAN THE CITY OF KARRATHA PORTAL, WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR EVALUATION.

The opening of the electronic Tender Box will be conducted at the City of Karratha office immediately after the Tender closure deadline. All or any Tenders are not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of Elected Members may disqualify.
