Rosslare Court Reserve - Multisport and Landscape Construction

This project is the second stage of works to be undertaken at Rosslare Court Reserve, located at 15-19 Rosslare Court, Hoppers Crossing. In total there are four stages planned to be delivered under the proposed concept design in the Rosslare Court Reserve - Master Plan. The initial stage of construction, included the play space, picnic area, public toilet, and on-street parking all of which has been completed.

The current stage works being released for Tender (i.e. this contract), includes construction of open lawn, half-court, fitness station and culvert upgrade. The scope and objectives of the current stage works for

Rosslare Court Reserve include the construction of:

• An open lawn area
• A half-court area, and
• A fitness station.

Sub-components that must be managed under the main scope deliverables, as described in more detail in Part 4 Specifications, include:

- Provision of step-by-step methodology

- Existing site soil and importation of new soil / material

- Construction access

- Land zoning and planning, and

- Planning permit conditions.

The remaining stages will be progressed under separate sourcing projects and include the construction of a Wetland Area, and development of a Dog Off Leash Area delivered via implementation of Councils dog off leash plan.
