Country to Coast Queensland (CCQ) is seeking an experienced evaluation partner to undertake a comprehensive evaluation of the Geriatric Outreach Service: Upskilling the Workforce program in Central Queensland. This 18-month evaluation will assess the programs process, impact, and outcomes, aligned to the quintuple aim of healthcare and CCQs strategic objectives.
Scope of Work:
The successful applicant will work closely with the service provider/s and the program steering committee to:
- Refine and finalise the program logic
- Develop and implement a robust evaluation plan
- Collect and analyse qualitative and quantitative data
- Deliver mid-term and final evaluation reports
- Provide recommendations for sustainability and scalability
- Lead the preparation of one peer-reviewed publication and present findings at relevant conferences
Eligibility:
Organisations with demonstrated experience in healthcare program evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and regional health systems are encouraged to apply.
