Lytton Street Park Stage 1 Upgrade Project

Council is seeking submissions from experienced Landscape Contractors to Supply and install new play equipment and undertake major landscaping works.

The works to be executed includes the supply and installation of all play equipment, landscape materials, tools, equipment, consumables, labour, safety requirements and supervision to complete the works.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract

Pretender site briefing / inspection (Mandatory)

All respondents are required to attend the mandatory pre-tender site briefing / inspection on 1 December 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
