Ports North Lighting Upgrades City and Sea Ports Buildings

Far North Queensland Ports Corporation Limited, trading as Ports North (PN) is a Government-owned Corporation established under the Government Owned Corporations Act 1993 (Qld) that develops and manages Port facilities. PN operates the Ports of Cairns, Cape Flattery, Karumba, Mourilyan, Skardon River, Quintell Beach, Thursday Island, Burketown and Cooktown.

Ports North (PN) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced electrical contractors for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an LED lighting upgrade at the Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal, Wharf Street, Cairns City, QLD. This project involves replacing existing HID, fluorescent, and metal halide fittings with energy-efficient LED luminaires to enhance safety, reduce energy consumption, and improve durability in a tropical marine setting, supporting Ports North's sustainability goals for energy savings.
