Software - Provision of Facilities and Lease Management Software System for Queensland Parliament

The Queensland Parliamentary Service invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced vendors for the provision, implementation, and ongoing support of a Facilities & Lease Management Software System. These systems will support the facilities management functions of the Queensland Parliamentary Precinct and 97 Electorate Office sites across the state.

The 97 Electorate Offices are located throughout the following Queensland regions:

• Central Queensland

• Far North Queensland

• North Queensland

• Southeast Queensland

• Southwest Queensland

• Wide Bay Burnett

The proposed systems will play a critical role in enhancing the management of facilities operations and lease portfolios by streamlining processes and improving data accuracy.

While the preference is for a single, integrated system capable of meeting the full scope of Queensland Parliaments Facilities and Lease Management business requirements, consideration will also be given to submissions proposing separate systems, provided that seamless integration between the two can be demonstrably achieved.

Vendors intending to respond to this EOI for either the Facilities Management or the Lease Management component are requested to nominate the complementary system(s) with which seamless integration can be established. Vendors should provide details of the proposed integration approach, including any technical, functional, or data exchange mechanisms that would ensure interoperability and a unified user experience.
