Provision of Legal Services for Superannuation Personal Insurance Claims (Trusts Business area)

The Customer requires the provision of Specialist Legal Services to review Client files and recover entitlements arising from Superannuation-Related Insurance Claims, including Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection, and Terminal Illness Claims associated with Trust Management.

The Contractor shall deliver these Services on a No Win – No Fee basis, working collaboratively with the Customer’s nominated Trust Manager to ensure Claims are managed promptly, accurately, and in compliance with, relevant legislation, policy and agreed processes.

The objective of the Services is to protect and maximise Client entitlements, ensuring fair, transparent, and diligent, management of all eligible Claims in accordance with contractual obligations and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The Customer manages approximately 1,200 Client files per year relating to potential Superannuation-Related insurance claims. Of these around 13% are assessed as viable claims, with the remainder being closed without recovery. This historical claim profile is provided for reference only. It is not a forecast of future activity and does not form a commitment by the Customer regarding the number of, or value of claims to be managed under this Contract.
