Wujal Wujal ASC- Invitation to Tender: Project Mgmt Services for Land Development for Social Housing

Wujal Wujal Aboriginal Shire Council is seeking an organisation or consultant to provide project management services for land development for social housing. In particular, the role will entail the management of land decontamination for specific lots of land for the purposes of building social housing.

Council’s preference is for the successful organisation/consultant to be Indigenous-owned or closely aligned with the Indigenous sector, demonstrating a genuine commitment to supporting Indigenous participation, engagement, and economic development.

Suitably qualified Tenderers with proven capability, capacity, sound financial and technical background to deliver the Specification outlined in this Invitation to Tender are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender process.
