Expressions of Interest are invited from licensed builders for the erection and completion of a new Senior School Building at King’s Christian College, Chambers Flat Campus, 38-112 Anzac Avenue, Chambers Flat, Qld, 4133 - Approx area: 2,300m2. Project is Type A Construction, Class 9b Building.

A select list of tenderers shall be chosen from those who have registered.

Tender Period: 20th January 2026 – 17th February 2026

Commencement on Site: early March 2026
