Power Upgrade - Byford Secondary College

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake a power upgrade at Byford Secondary College.

The Work includes but is not limited to the supply and install and the testing and commissioning of the Electrical Services listed in the provided scope and technical specifications. Works during school term break/s only unless otherwise agreed by the school post-award that works can be carried out during term.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 57 Abernethy Rd, Byford on 24 Nov, 2025 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Byford Secondary College. The location of the briefing will be 57 Abernethy Rd, Byford WA 6122.
