Request for Proposal - Wyong Internal Renewal Project - Detailed Design

Project / Background:

Central Coast Council (Council) is seeking to renovate the interior of its Wyong Administration building to achieve a functional workspace fit for the modern ways of working. The current facilities are at end of life and in need of renewal and the internal layout is not currently fit for purpose and does not capitalise on the available space and natural light.

Recent internal renewal works have been completed to the Mayor, Councillors and Executive team areas in Building B Level 2, this also included the 3 large function rooms in this area. The Detailed Design is intended to utilise the completed concept design documentation and the design intent of this recently completed space and seek to apply this to all other areas of the building. All work areas are to be included in the detailed design to various degrees of detail.

The building consists of Fifteen (15) floors spread over four (4) inter-connected buildings totalling approximately eleven thousand (11,000) square meters of usable space including two (2) underground carparking areas.

A Mandatory on site briefing will be held onsite Friday 21st November at 9:00am.
