Systems Engineering Safety Assurance (SESA) Consultancy Panel

The Major Projects (MP) function is responsible for driving excellence in seamless major projects integration and readiness within Queensland Rail (QR). The dedicated team provides operational, commercial, and strategic management of QR’s project delivery safety performance, customer service performance and other relevant project delivery aspects.

The Major Projects Group is working with external sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery entities to work toward delivering a number of major projects within Southeast Queensland including, but not limited to:

• Cross River Rail (CRR)

• Logan and Gold Coast Faster Rail (LGCFR)

• Beerburrum to Nambour (B2N)

• ETCS - Beenleigh to Varsity Lakes (B2V)

• ETCS Moorooka to Kuraby (M2K)

• ETCS – Kuraby to Beenleigh (B2V)

• SEQ ETCS L2 Roll-Out

• Direct Sunshine Coast Line (DSC)

• New Albion Station

• Roma Street Station

• Next Generation Rollingstock.

Indicative Scope:

The Scope of Services is updated to incorporate additional requirements that were not included in the previous panel. The Consultancy Services that may be required are:

• Program Delivery Management

The panel is expected to be awarded by end of July 2026.
