Yeppoon Townhall Air Conditioner Replacement

Livingstone shire council is seeking to source suitable qualified trades persons to replace the air conditioner at the Yeppoon townhall.

The contractor shall be responsible for the complete execution of the Yeppoon town hall air conditioning replacement works, which includes but is not limited to:

• design: preparation of detailed design documentation in accordance with project specifications and applicable standards.

• supply and delivery: provision and transportation of all required equipment, materials, and components to the site.

• installation and positioning: accurate placement and installation of air conditioning systems as per approved drawings and specifications.

• testing and verification: comprehensive testing and performance verification to ensure compliance with operational requirements.

• compliance certification: provision of all necessary certifications confirming adherence to relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• commissioning: full commissioning of the system to achieve optimal functionality and performance.

• warranty and maintenance: a minimum twelve (12) month warranty period, including scheduled maintenance and support services during this term.

All works shall be carried out in accordance with the accompanying drawings, specifications, and any applicable statutory requirements.
